At Stream Outdoor, we’re proud to stand behind events that bring people together, and the 2025 Heart of Gold International Short Film Festival was one of those truly special moments.
Over four inspiring days, the festival transformed Gympie’s cultural precinct into a celebration of creativity, storytelling, and community spirit.
Filmmakers, audiences, and local businesses came together to share stories that made us laugh, cry, and feel deeply connected – a reminder of the power of film to move hearts and spark change.

Our partnership helped expand the festival program across the region, showcase an exceptional line up of short films, and create more opportunities for local engagement and pride. And seeing that energy come alive – through packed screenings, buzzing conversations, and smiling faces was its own reward.
We were deeply touched to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Heart of Gold team, led by Festival Director Nicole Harper and Chair Fiona Herrington, acknowledging our role in helping bring this year’s event to life. But truthfully, the gratitude goes both ways. It’s our privilege to support an event that champions creativity, inclusivity, and regional storytelling.
As the festival looks ahead to its 20th anniversary in 2026, we’re excited to continue being part of the journey – helping share more stories that shine with heart, purpose, and a little bit of gold.
✨ Here’s to the filmmakers, volunteers, audiences, and dreamers who make it all possible – your passion keeps the screen glowing bright.
